Francis Akumanyi Boandoh
Co-Founder,
Executive Director
Francis serves as the inspiration for the foundation with his incredible story of rising above the conditions in which one is born. Francis is our executive director, overseeing all operations of the foundation.

Katelin Franklin
Projects Manager
Katelin serves as a key visionary, initiator, and manager of TAF's projects. She has been with the foundation since the start, and has served as an overall advisor to all foundation activities.

Tina Anim
Ghana Programs Supervisor and Head Chef
Tina serves as a program supervisor of our Ghana programs and projects. Additionally, Tina serves as our head chef, ensuring all volunteers are provided authentic, safe, and tailored meals.

Sidney McCall
Social Media Coordinator
Sidney focuses on TAF outreach through the coordination of our social media accounts. Through her creativity and passion we are able to share our story with the world and build new connections!

Nana Kwame
Ghana Programs Supervisor
Nana Kwame serves as a program supervisor of our Ghana programs and projects. He focuses most of his time on supporting our group service-learning trips.

Natalie Dixon
Intern: Seamstress Apprenticeship Program
Natalie serves as a TAF intern, focusing on initiatives to improve and grow our Seamstress Apprenticeship Program.

Lorrin Van Evra
Intern: Development Coordinator
Lorrin serves as a TAF intern, focusing on development initiatives for TAF that span across a wide variety of our programs and projects.

Mahin Hossain
Intern: Community Health Projects Coordinator
Mahin serves as a TAF intern, focusing on community health projects. She helped to lead our water project in Penim, and will continue expanding upon her work there and in other partner sites.
