Meet The Team
Francis Akumanyi Boandoh
Co-Founder,
Executive Director
Francis serves as the inspiration for the foundation with his incredible story of rising above the conditions in which one is born. Francis is our executive director, overseeing all operations of the foundation.
Hannah Bonacci
Co-Founder,
Program and Project Director
Hannah serves as the foundations' program supervisor. Hannah oversees partnerships with the foundations' programs and supervises the management and creation of sustainable projects at each site.
Tina Anim
Ghana Country Director
Tina serves as our Ghana Country Director and is the leader for all Ghana operations. She focuses on starting up, monitoring, and evaluating all past and current programs and projects.

Ghana Programs Supervisor
Nana Kwame serves as a program supervisor of our Ghana programs and projects. He focuses most of his time on supporting our group service-learning trips.
